The Water Shed was founded by Environmental Technologist Stephen A. Burke in 1980. When it first opened for business, it was named Aquecol and the company offered a complete range of water treatment and testing, well drilling, and water pump services.
Over the years the company expanded. Now it excels in servicing the water needs of rural homes and delivers unmatched expertise in geothermal heating and cooling in the region. In a nutshell, The Water Shed offers a full spectrum of water services:
Consultation & site inspection.
Water testing & treatment.
Drinking water systems and pump installations.
Well drilling & hydrofracturing.
Geothermal cooling & heating.
The Water Shed team consists of highly trained technicians and seasoned managers. Whenever you call us, our technical staff are ready to be dispatched. And, our fleet of vehicles is equipped with an extensive on-board inventory of parts and fittings so that we can address your issue now rather than later.
Last, and certainly not least, The Water Shed manufactures many of the products we carry, in-house. We’re pleased to say that our building, where the self-manufacturing occurs, uses renewable energy!
